The spraying of polyurethane foam acts as thermal insulation, hydro-insulation or can be an effective cover. As the material is extraordinarily light, it does not overload building structure. In many cases a cover over already existing planking will eliminate problems with regards to building waste, which is connected with the reduction of costs and the shortening of time carrying out the building work.

First installations of rigid polyurethane spraying foam date back to the 1950s and since then this kind of insulation has turned out to be the best and the most durable way of thermal insulation.
The materials we use has got every required certificate from the Building Research Institute and have Seals of Approval from the National Institute of Hygiene, copies of which are delivered to the investor.

We apply polyurethane foam using specialist equipment - in the place of the work comes a car equipped with all indispensable devices. The insulation is a continuous layer without joints, which is a gas proof layer - which is absolutely devoid of thermal bridges - it allows to, for example, do cold pantries with controlled atmosphere for storing fruit and vegetables. At this point it is worth emphasizing that the production of every refrigerator insulation based on polyurethane foam meets strict hygienic requirements. In gardening and animal husbandry sealing and insulating the storage or farm houses using the polyurethane foam method guarantees low costs of farming. Applying the foam is relatively quick, saving you time and money. We enclose detailed information concerning the system that is to be used on specific buildings with the offer. We possess thermographic cameras - thanks to them we can estimate the current state of the building and introduce an offer concerning its insulation, and then after thermo-insulation labour check and present our results to the customer.
When working we use only approved raw materials of reputable companies. The solutions that we use displace previous means of insulation based on mineral wool and polystyrene foam and the reasons for this are excellent properties of polyurethane foam:

Polyurethane foam has a low heat transfer coefficient - about half the value of polystyrene and mineral wool. It does not absorb water and is not as hygroscopic as mineral wool;

- Polyurethane foam has the necessary hygienic seals of approval and technical approval;
- Polyurethane foam is completely resistant to aggressive chemical environments. It does not oxidize at high temperatures and is not as flammable as polystyrene foam;
- Polyurethane foam can be used on all dry and clean types of surface: bituminous tar paper, asbestos-cement material, concrete, wood, sheet metal, etc.;
- The foam strengthens the structure and perfectly adheres to most materials such as: metal, wood, concrete, asbestos-cement material;
- The foam is applied without leaving a single joint and the way it is applied prevents the formation of thermal bridges;
- The foam is absolutely non-reactive, non-toxic and odourless. Therefore, if this material is used in the food industry it may have direct contact with food;
- As the only insulator it retains its physical characteristics over time;
- Application of polyurethane foams eliminates the necessity of using different types of membranes and vapor barrier films;
- Foam is resistant to fungi and mildew;
- Proper selection of the thickness of the foam layer prevents the formation of so-called dew-point;
- Declared by the system's manufacturer heat transfer coefficient of rigid polyurethane spray foam is respectively:
- 0,020-0,024 [W/m-K] for interior insulation systems;
- 0,024-0,030 [W/m-K] for external insulation systems (roof insulations).
- With the passage of time polyurethane foam does not go down unlike mineral wool;
- Polyurethane foam distinguishes itself by the best functional parameters among technical materials (
= 0,025 W/(m-K)). Thanks to that in order to get the same effect of thermal protection, in comparison with other insulators a thinner layer of polyurethane can be used; - Polyurethane foam's spraying system that we use comes with a 15-year warranty!!!
